Story
The film follows Bear (Michael Johnston), a shy young man who secretly loves his best friend and co-worker Nikki (Inde Navarrette). Despite several attempts, he never finds the courage to confess his feelings because he fears losing their friendship.

Performance
Michael Johnston does a good job as Bear and makes the character feel relatable. His performance works well, especially when the story starts getting darker and more intense.
However, the real star of the film is Inde Navarrette. She is outstanding as Nikki and completely owns the role. Her expressions, body language, and sudden shifts in behavior make the character both disturbing and fascinating. Even when she is not on screen, her presence can still be felt throughout the movie.
