AP CM Chandra babu Naidu has announced that on Diwali day, a plan of free gas cylinders to women will be initiated. In this regard, he told that the government is focused upon implementing the promises made during the election process. He commanded the MLAs and the leaders to convey to the people the works done in the hundred days back and the programs done for the future.
He appealed to the NDA MLAs and leadership to be vigilant about any biased decisions against the people as the people have reposed their trust in them. CM Chandra babu Naidu also clarified that whoever commits a mistake will be brought legally. Naidu also demanded a campaign to enlighten the public about benefits of government schemes so that the wrong propaganda from opposition parties are neutralized.
Under the head of infrastructure development, Chandra Babu Naidu declared that an amount of Rs 58,000 crore worth of road infrastructural would be offered in three years. Panchayat Raj Department was told that it had set a world record when it conducted Gram Sabhas on one single day and sanctioned works worth Rs 4,500 crore.
He further stated that the center would invest Rs 49,000 crore for village road connectivity and has confirmed the establishment of the Visakhapatnam Railway Zone soon. He said that investments worth Rs 10 lakh crore came to the state for green energy projects, creating around 7.5 lakh jobs.
He also promised to complete the first phase of the Polavaram Irrigation Project within two years. Chandra Babu Naidu thanked the Centre for making it possible to get Rs 15,000 crore for the capital city Amaravati. He promised that the reforms of Police Department would be implemented soon.
He also discussed his experience during the recent floods in Vijayawada and the efforts his government was undertaking to normalize the situation in the affected areas. and also said his announcements point toward an orientation of welfare, development, and needs for the people.
