Raghava Lawrence’s Kanchana franchise has remained one of the most successful horror-comedy series in South Indian cinema. With Kanchana 4 currently in production, the film is already generating strong buzz among fans. Now, a fresh report has added even more excitement to the project.
Could Nayanthara Join the Kanchana Universe?
According to the latest reports, Lady Superstar Nayanthara is rumored to have joined Kanchana 4 in a key role. While the makers have not officially confirmed the news, the speculation has quickly caught the attention of movie lovers and fans of the franchise.
Interestingly, reports suggest that Nayanthara could appear in the film’s flashback portions. Although details about her character are being kept under wraps. But, the possibility of seeing her in the Kanchana universe has already created huge curiosity on social media.
If the reports about Nayanthara turn out to be true, Kanchana 4 could boast one of the strongest female lineups in the franchise’s history.
The film already features Pooja Hegde in a prominent role, while Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi is making her Tamil cinema debut with the project.
Apart from the leading ladies, the film is also expected to feature several familiar faces. Actors Garuda Ram and Anandaraj are reportedly playing important negative roles. While Swasika Iyer, Devadarshini, and Kamalesh Jagan are also part of the cast.
